Is DocuTalk Safe?
DocuTalk uses a security framework both on the front-end and the back-end of the application called Shiro, used by companies such as the NASDAQ. Sending a DocuTalk by email is safer than sending a PDF by email.
When you use the Unlisted mode, the link is not searchable and can only be open by the recipient. By default a DocuTalk DUAL-MEDIA document can be downloaded like a normal document, but you can decide to make the document not downloadable. You can also delete the link after it was sent, which is not possible when you send a PDF by email. Once sent, it is out of your control.
You can also use the Private Mode which restricts the viewing only to people identified by their email. It makes it impossible for other people to open the link even if it was forwarded to them.
Can I download a DUAL-MEDIA and play locally?

What does the Workspace / Content Owner Mean?
A Content owner is the entity (a person or a company) which owns the rights of the content produced and can delegate responsibility to other in his "perimeter" of content-ownership. With his/her admin account, the content owner can invite other people to create and modify content or simply view the content created. The administration can be at the recording level or at the Document Level. For large database set in DUAL-MEDIA (DUAL-MEDIA works not only with Documents but Database visualizations) there is even a database node admin control. Control is very granular inside DocuTalk DUAL-MEDIA.
What does the Total Storage Limit Mean?
Total Storage means you can record as many links as you wish, load as many PDF as you want, as long as the total combined limit of storage does not exceed the Total Storage Limit you are covered by your plan.
Can I cancel my account?
You can cancel anytime. To cancel your paid account, please log in, click on My Account, and choose My Billing. Scroll down to the Cancel subscription section and click it. Please note that when you cancel an account, all your account data will be lost.
What is the DocuTalk refund policy?
DocuTalk is a pay-as-you-go service. This means we don’t issue refunds, even if you cancel immediately after your credit card is charged for a new billing period. No subsequent charges are applied to your credit card, but the amounts already charged are not refunded.
